Tasked with rebranding Frankie, a small but beloved coffee shop in the heart of New York City, we set out to capture what made it feel so personal and give it a fresh visual language to match. From redesigning the logo to feel more human and hand-touched, to creating a tone of voice that’s warm and unmistakably local, every element was rooted in the way people actually experience Frankie: unpretentious, consistent, and quietly excellent. We refined the brand’s identity, clarified its voice across platforms, and built a social media presence that reflects the rhythms of the neighborhood it serves. This wasn’t about turning Frankie into something new it was about helping it show up more like itself. Realer, clearer, and ready for the next chapter. Same coffee. Stronger presence.
